1. Service

Exact Handwriting Extractor ("we", "the service"), operated by Quantum Encoding Ltd, provides AI-powered handwriting and image-to-text extraction. Use of the website at exacthandwritingextractor.com and the extraction service is governed by these terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be over 18 and legally capable of entering into contracts to use this service. By using it you confirm you meet these requirements.

We reserve the right to decline or terminate processing of any document.

5. Extraction accuracy

The service uses vision and large language models to read handwriting and convert images to text. These systems can make mistakes. You are responsible for reviewing output before using it in safety-critical, legally-binding, or otherwise sensitive contexts. We make no warranty that output is fit for any particular purpose and do not provide certified transcriptions.

If a job fails due to a bug on our side, we refund the credits automatically. Prepaid credits are otherwise non-refundable, but if you're unhappy with output quality, email us within 7 days — we offer discretionary refunds case-by-case.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from use of the service is capped at the amount you've paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We accept no liability for indirect or consequential losses.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Termination

You can stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violation of these terms, non-payment, or abuse. On termination we delete your documents within 30 days unless required to retain them by law.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified by email to registered users with 30 days' notice.
